Section 6. Training Activity
Complete the Training Activities - Details Table for each training activity to be provided (if more rows needed, contact Maria Taylor).
Training activities include: vocational and skill assessment and testing, consulting, evaluation, job-related training, etc.
List each training activity. Include all direct costs associated with each item listed including trainer cost, equipment, materials, supplies, facility cost, transportation, meals, etc.
- Do not include employee wages.
- Use broad categories (ie: Technical, Essential Skills, Safety, etc)
- If you use a broad category for training, all employees listed should be training in all activities within that category.
- Cost of training per activity
- Course descriptions are required for each training activity listed
